The ideal candidate will be very client facing as well as having a proven track record in Maintenance. You be fully able to work independently, reliable, organised and have sound technical ability. You must be either fully qualified electrically or a fully qualified Air Conditioning engineer, with recognised qualifications. Job Description: The role of the Site Supervisor is to participate and assist Facilities Management in providing optimal customer relations and the operations and maintenance of building structures, equipment and finishes. The role includes supervising and co-ordinating all activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing the systems to a high standard.
